I love dealing with Ryan, his cart knowledge is incredible, and his easy-going nature and excellent communication makes our transactions effortless.

I just would like to share that one of your courier personnel tailgated me and other drivers and used high beam on tonkin hwy entering great eastern hwy. There were road works signs and barricades. Heading towards the stop sign at the lights all cars had to slow down to stop anyways but your courier personnel was very pushy on the road and kept flicking his high beam on and off. That's very inconsiderate of him and dangerous, more so as it was dark around 7:45pm - 8pm. I wished I could remember the number plate to direct the complaint towards the right individual. I don't know your policy in regard to this but I hope whoever was driving that van would be more considerate in the future.

I've had the Dominator GT for about 6 months and thought it might be timely to give it a review. I had a Farm Mate previous to this cart. It was a great help around our 5 acres down here in Ferguson Valley but it's really only a light duties vehicle and My mistake was to give it some heavy duties. Needless to say, a few burnt out motors later I realised I needed something heavy duty. Enter the Dominator GT. It's a beast. Jeff modified it for farm use with the excellent tray and we decided to remove the canopy. I use it in and around an orange orchard so need to get in and under trees. My only complaint so far is the turning circle. Compared to the Farm Mate it's like turning a bus but you do get used to it. The tray is solid and holds my 100 litre spray tank perfectly. I've had it loaded with firewood from a fallen tree and the cart hardly notices it. The motor is big, 4 kw I think and this baby has grunt. I'm still careful not to overdo it as that was my mistake with the smaller Farm Mate.The cart is big and the bench seat is wide and comfortable. It comes with heavy duty seat covers which look like they will last longer than the cart. Access on and off the cart is clear and easy due to the large floor area and high seat position. Forward and reverse controls are below the seat. The Farm Mate had them on the steering column and I think that is a better position. So much easier to move between forward and reverse by using the indicator arm. Still, it's not a biggy in the scheme of things.This cart has lithium batteries and the weight saving is significant. It means the motor is not working as hard to move forward without the weight of lead acid. The onboard charger works well and I keep the batteries charged so it doesn't take long to bring them up.Braking is quick and this can be adjusted by Jeff to suit your needs. The headlights are excellent and if you need to use it at night it will definitely light your way.To summarise, this cart is doing all I ask of it. It is strongly built, has a powerful motor, a large and useful tray and easy access on and off. I would still advise caution when choosing jobs for it and lean towards the lighter side. But so far it has gobbled up anything I've thrown at it. Very glad to have found this cart and it is a huge bonus in helping to manage our 5 acre mixed orchard. I've done nearly 300 ks on it in about six months. Rob Manning Ferguson Valley.

Jeff has been unbelievably helpful and goes out of his way to ensure his clients are looked after.I purchased a Dominator cart from him in January and had the odd issue and twice Jeff has driven to Bunbury to rectify the fault.I doubt any other cart retailer would have been prepared to match Jeff’s after sales service.If I buy another cart I’ll buy it from Jeff

Very happy with the product and price, I bought my eagle buggy in Sept last year. After about seven months my batteries failed. Rang dealer and he said he would replace them. Since then I can't get hold of him. I would be very careful buying from this person as his after sales service does not exist and apparently no warranty. I hope this changes but at the moment give a 1 star.
